Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products or services through rigorous testing and quality control processes. The QA Analyst/Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

Testing Execution:

Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Execute test cases and document results systematically.
Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Automation:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks.

Collaboration

Work closely with development, product management, and othercross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality perspectives.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
equivalent work experience).

Experience:

Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and test automation.
Experience with testing tools and frameworks.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex systems.

Communication:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
