As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing the company's quality assurance standards. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining complaint and nonconformance processing, documenting quality assurance activities, and developing improved standards for production and design. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in identifying training needs and ensuring companywide compliance. Pursuing continuing education in new solutions and technologies will be a key part of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and overseeing product inspection and testing - Assisting operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels - Investigating product quality issues and ensuring resolution - Developing procedures for capturing product complaints - Monitoring risk-management procedures and reporting issues - Providing training and support to quality assurance team members To excel in this role, you will need: - Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools - Superb computer skills, including database management - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in best practices for testing and defect management - Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA Preferred skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, understanding of agile/scrum methodology, and fluency in more than one language.
