Job Description

Teleperformance Global services is looking for Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Test Planning: Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements, design documents, and user stories
Test Execution: Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Defect Identification: Identify and report defects and issues in the software, using bug tracking tools to manage the defect lifecycle
Test Case Design: Create test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Automated Testing: Develop and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools
Test Environment Setup: Prepare and configure the test environment to replicate production systems accurately
