BVG India Ltd. is looking for Quality, Assembly Line Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and tools to ensure continuous production flow and adherence to production targets. Perform in-line quality checks using appropriate tools and techniques to detect defects and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Accurately document inspection results and escalate non-conformities to supervisors or quality engineers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation, including changeovers and adjustments. Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently and report unsafe practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements. Work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and precision.
