Ensuring adherence to standardization practices and strict compliance with both internal and client-defined processes, meeting all process metrics, and delivering business value to customers through quality initiatives are pivotal to the position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess mandatory skills in Member Inbound, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
