Quality and Process Excellence Lead - L1

You will be responsible for leading Quality and Process Excellence initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve driving improvement projects, implementing best practices, and identifying process gaps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively addressing potential customer dissatisfaction drivers and collaborating with customers and operations leadership team to identify and implement improvement opportunities will be crucial. Additionally, you will be leading governance for Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements, driving projects to enhance process profitability, and promoting a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Ensuring standardization practices and compliance with internal and client-defined processes, meeting process metrics, leading consulting assignments, and delivering business value through quality initiatives are key aspects of this role. Mandatory Skills required for this role include expertise in Mortgage (DM) with a minimum experience of 5-8 years.
