Job Description

As a Quality and Performance Engineer at this company, you will play a crucial role in driving business value in Order Management by focusing on Process Quality Improvement and supporting performance management framework through digital initiatives and data analytics. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality standards are met in the process for responsible regions, analyzing data, identifying patterns, and providing proactive notifications to end users for timely actions. Your contributions and learning opportunities will involve: - Proactively analyzing performance metrics and taking corrective actions with the concerned team - Supporting the digitalization and automation of processes through the creation of small scripts and macros - Providing technical support for the performance management framework using Power platform tools such as Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate - Proactively monitoring and creating system alerts for process exceptions to notify end users of deviations in performance metrics - Leading small projects with limited risks and resource requirements - Demonstrating initiative, contributing to problem-solving, and acting independently in routine matters - Performing routine activities to meet departmental/project objectives Key Skills And Experience: You have: - Engineering Graduate from any stream or equivalent graduation degree - 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics and reporting - Good knowledge of Power platform (Power BI, Power App, and Automate), Quality tools, and Digital Automation - Advanced Excel skills including macros - Experience with SAP It would be nice if you also had: - Proficiency in Python Scripting - Precision and quality orientation - Good interpersonal skills This company is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
