Designation : Quality Analyst ( BPO) Experience : 2 to 5 yr Salary : Based on the Experience Location : Ambattur Key Responsibilities : Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to assess the quality of service provided by callcenter agents . Develop and maintain qua lity assessment criteria and standards in alignment with company policies and customer expectations. Provide constructive feedback and coach ing to agents based on eva luation results,fostering a culture of continuousimprovement. Ana lyze calldata and performance metrics to identify trends and areas forimprovement. Prepare and present regular reportson callquality and agent performance to management. Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement training programs based on quality findings.
