Quality analyst

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Building new automation and maintaining the existing suite of automated tests. - Executing and debugging automated functional and back-end tests. - Diagnosing problems, reporting bugs, and suggesting enhancements to the Development team. - Ensuring efficient and stable builds. - Collaborating with development and functional QA teams to determine automation priorities. - Managing the workflow, quality, and output of a small team of QA engineers. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience in a related field. - Strong expertise in object-oriented programming and concepts. - Good understanding and knowledge of software quality assurance practices. - Ability to mentor junior members of the test automation team and engineers in overseas locations. - Proficiency in at least 2 of the following languages/scripting and frameworks: Java, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Selenium, FitNesse, SoapUI, Javascript, Groovy, Maven, Python, Ruby, Git. - Experience in TDD, continuous integration, and code review practices is highly desirable. - Strong awareness of activities in the open-source community, with a preference for candidates who contribute back to open source projects.,
