You should have experience in creating test plans, test cases, and performing test execution. Backend testing skills with SQL based queries are required for this role. Experience with QTP or Selenium is necessary if you are applying for Automated testing. You should be comfortable with various types of testing including manual, automated, and performance testing using tools like JMeter/LoadRunner. Strong documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to understand business and end-user scenarios well. Observational skills should be a strong suit of yours. The desired candidate profile includes experience with monitoring tools like crashalytics, as well as log, memory, and data dump analysis. Experience with mobile testing is also preferred.
