ABOUT HOPTEKAI: At Hoptek, a Kearney Company, were building AI-powered SaaS products that help trucking companies operate smarter — from pricing freight and planning networks to allocating assets and reducing waste. POSITION OVERVIEW: Design and execute QA test plans and regression suites for our web-based SaaS platform Build and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, backend services, and UIs Collaborate with engineering to integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines Track bugs, analyze root causes, and ensure quality gates are in place across releases Simulate real customer scenarios and usage patterns — including for edge cases in freight workflows Partner with product and support teams to understand user behavior and pain points Promote QA best practices across the engineering team and evangelize quality-focused culture What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in QA and test automation for SaaS/web applications Solid hands-on skills in Manual testing and also in automation testing tools (e.g. Cypress, Postman, etc.) Experience writing automated tests for REST APIs, front-end UIs, and backend logic Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis abilities Passion for learning how customers actually use the product — and building tests to reflect that Bonus Points For: Experience working in transportation, freight, or logistics tech Understanding of microservices-based architecture and asynchronous systems Exposure to load testing, performance testing, or chaos testing Familiarity with tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6 Why Kearney HOPTEKAI: AI-Powered Freight Tech: Work on products that apply intelligence to critical supply chain decisions Quality-First Mindset: Join early and help shape how QA is embedded into the development process High-Growth Startup: Fast decision cycles, lots of ownership, and room to grow Mysuru Preferred: Join us in-office for more collaboration — or work remotely from anywhere in India We're Hiring Fast: This role is a priority as we scale product and engineering rapidly Equal Employment Opportunity and Nondiscrimination HOPTEK, A Kearney Company, prides itself on providing a culture that allows employees to bring their best selves to work every day.
