About the role Joining the Financial Crime Operations department means being at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to ensure the safety of our customers and their finances. As a FinCrime Quality Analyst in our Compliance team, you will play a key role in resolving customer issues, investigating fraud cases, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Being a global fintech company, we operate 24/7, which may require working nights and weekends. What you'll be doing - Conducting monthly Quality Control (QC) activities to identify successes and failures within the compliance teams" work - Reporting any issues to Quality Control and FinCrime managers - Providing feedback to analysts and performing root-cause analyses of errors - Providing refresher sessions to analysts facing quality performance challenges - Coaching new team members - Familiarizing yourself with all procedures across the compliance department - Collaborating with teams in different locations - Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as necessary What you'll need - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance-related role - Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations - Knowledge of compliance issues and regulatory requirements in financial services - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Willingness to take ownership and responsibility - Excellent communication skills in English - Flexibility, positivity, and adaptability to changes in roles, objectives, priorities, and targets Nice to have - Fluency in another language - Practical knowledge of Google Suite Compensation range - Vilnius: 2,200 - 3,100 gross monthly* - Lithuania: 2,200 - 3,100 gross monthly* - Other locations: Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process - Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, and previous experience At Revolut, building a global financial super app is only part of our mission.
