Job Description

The role involves managing overall training requirements to ensure sufficient resources are available for new hire induction and Microsoft program training. You will be responsible for maintaining process documentation, updating it regularly, and creating a knowledge base for effective onboarding of new team members. Additionally, you will define metrics to measure training success and track the learning curve of new hires. Your responsibilities will include undergoing process training to become a certified Subject Matter Expert, preparing Training Impact Analysis reports, and implementing refresher and policy update plans based on production needs. You will need to proactively identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies. The role may require you to work in a 24X7 environment and be flexible with shift extensions during peak and non-peak seasons. Desired qualifications for this role include awareness of basic accounting concepts, proficiency in written and verbal English communication, ability to multitask within a team environment, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. You should have a quick learning ability and understanding of Microsoft Procedures, particularly Excel. Connecting with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and contributing to the development and deployment of continuous audit training are also key aspects of this role.,
