Job Description

The Quality Professional plays a vital role within Virtual Client Solutions by collaborating with Sales & Service Managers, Supervisors, Participant Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Associates, and Financial Advisors to ensure Quality Assurance outcomes are achieved throughout the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating interactions (both phone and non-phone) of VCS associates to uphold Service Excellence standards and equip managers with the necessary tools and analysis for enhancing client interactions on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing associate phone calls and non-phone items, providing feedback to managers on call flow and client data collection, training new team members on the Quality process, facilitating QA/Manager engagement meetings, conducting customized feedback sessions, and participating in calibration meetings with associates and leadership. Additionally, you will attend product-specific meetings and training sessions to stay updated on relevant processes and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to meet call assignments independently, excel in a fast-paced environment, balance workload effectively, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, maintain positive employee relationships, and have a good understanding of VCS quality measurement methods. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to establish relationships across the organization are also essential for success in this position.
