Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Conduct quality checks as per the defined sampling structure 2. Conduct feedback sessions and document 3. Connect with client stakeholders to ensure Quality framework and parameters are up to date 4. Conduct quality calibration sessions with client and update the team accordingly 5. If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the stakeholders (internal and client). Preferred candidate profile: 1. Must have experience as Quality Analyst/ lead etc 2. Must be flexible to meet business requirements. 3. Proficient in MS Office tools. 4. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is critical for the role. 5. Strong business communication skills to communicate with internal or external stakeholders clearly and concisely. 6. Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability. 7. Ability to understand a problem, perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution. 8. Ability to deal with ambiguity; use discretion and judgement to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information. 9. Think beyond standard tasks to simplify or automate.
