Quality Analyst (Bengali)

Key Responsibilities: - Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality as a QA Engineer. - For Freshers: Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support roles. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results. - Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress throughout the project. - Utilize your fluency in Bengali and good English/Hindi communication skills to engage with clients effectively. - Demonstrate understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation) and apply problem-solving skills to deliver quality work. - Be a team player with attention to detail, willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Bengali is mandatory, along with good English/Hindi communication skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role). - Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation). - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. - Team player with attention to detail.
