Quality Analyst and Quality Controller

The ideal candidate for this position should possess knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing of columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other related equipment. You will be responsible for performing quality control activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting inspections and tests to identify defects, and collaborating with project teams to address quality issues. In addition, you will be required to maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, train project teams on quality control processes, and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Your participation in design and construction meetings to provide input on quality-related matters will be crucial. Furthermore, you should have experience in preparing and managing documents such as WPS, PQR, and PQP, with knowledge of standards like EN, ASTM, and ASME U Stamp certified.
