Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 30+ locations in Delhi NCR, including places like Amity University, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience Mall, Max Group, & Fortis Group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, andGokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year.
QSR Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
- Enhance online ratings and respond to customer feedback.
- Implement strategies to gather customer data and insights at each outlet.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
Sales Growth:
- Drive revenue growth per outlet, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analyse sales data and develop action plans for underperforming outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost outlet visibility and footfall.
Outlet Operations & Audits:
- Conduct regular audits on cleanliness, storage, and pilferage control.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of outlets.
- Oversee product availability, stock management, and daily operational activities.
Profit & Loss Management:
- Control staff costs, raw material costs, and repair/maintenance expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Staff Management:
- Reduce staff attrition through effective hiring and retention strategies.
- Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training.
- Motivate and manage teams to ensure high morale and productivity.
Repair & Maintenance:
- Take ownership of each outlet's repair and maintenance needs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, minimising downtime and maximising operational efficiency.
- Promptly address maintenance issues while keeping expenses under control.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce long-term repair costs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer satisfaction scores (online ratings, feedback).
- Sales growth and revenue targets per outlet.
- Outlet audit scores (cleanliness, operations, stock control).
- Profit margins and cost control (staff, RM, repair).
- Staff retention and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in P&L management, staff management, and operational audits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
