Job Summary:

MEP Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering
Verify contractor/vendor bills and ensure alignment with work progress
Review and validate MEP drawings and specifications for billing accuracy
Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams for cost control and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
4–5 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying
Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
Good communication and coordination skills
