Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and improvement-driven QMS / Internal Auditor to strengthen our Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 (Automotive).

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and committed to driving organizational improvements through effective auditing, compliance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and drive corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings and nonconformities.
• Support and guide departments in implementing quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance QMS understanding across teams.
• Collaborate with management to align quality objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain audit documentation, reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a QMS / Internal Auditor in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System).
• Certified Internal or Lead Auditor in one or more ISO standards preferred.
• Excellent understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused professional.
