Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 , and IATF 16949 standards. Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Identify and drive corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings and nonconformities. Support and guide departments in implementing quality, environmental, and safety standards . Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance QMS understanding across teams. Collaborate with management to align quality objectives with the company’s strategic goals. Prepare, review, and maintain audit documentation, reports, and performance metrics . Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a QMS / Internal Auditor in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 , and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System) . Certified Internal or Lead Auditor in one or more ISO standards preferred. Excellent understanding of quality assurance , process improvement , and root cause analysis . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
