Job Title: QMS Executive—Fresher

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Quality Management System (QMS) team. As a QMS Executive, you will assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality processes and documentation in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or GMP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the documentation, implementation, and maintenance of QMS procedures and policies.
• Help prepare internal audit schedules and participate in internal quality audits.
• Maintain and update records of quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
• Support non-conformance tracking and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with other departments for document control and quality reporting.
• Participate in training programs related to quality systems and standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, charts, and metrics for quality performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
