Position Summary The QMS Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) within the fabrication sector. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence. Establish and maintain quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the fabrication or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies. Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
