Qlik Sense Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Qlik Sense Team Lead specialized in Life Sciences & Healthcare analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of BI developers/analysts. Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering Qlik Sense dashboards and Excel-based reporting solutions aligned with business needs such as commercial analytics, patient insights, market access, and medical affairs reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Qlik Sense developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Qlik Sense and Excel-based reporting solutions. - Oversee Qlik Cloud version management, application lifecycle, and ensure robust governance practices for app publishing and data security. - Implement best practices in cloud-based deployment, access control, and app monitoring. - Design, develop, and optimize Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and Qlik Excel Add-In reports. - Conduct user training and adoption workshops to promote self-service analytics culture. - Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and stakeholder communication in an efficient manner. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and pharma regulations while designing reporting solutions. Qualifications Required: - 3-5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development and data visualization. - Proven experience in the Life Sciences/Healthcare domain with a strong understanding of industry data. - Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, Set Analysis, Alternate States, and Section Access. - Hands-on experience with Qlik Excel Add-In (XL3 Add-in) for Excel-based reporting and automation. - Proficiency in SQL and working with ETL tools. - Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize Qlik applications for performance. - Familiarity with CRM/MDM tools and healthcare data providers is highly desirable. - Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience in leading small teams is a must.
