Job Description

Primary-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Qlik Sense and/or QlikView servers and related infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, manage resources, and optimize Qlik applications for performance and reliability.
  • Manage user access, security rules, and roles within Qlik platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to deploy Qlik applications and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Qlik environment, including server errors and data load failures.
  • Schedule and automate data reloads and reports within Qlik.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement upgrades, patches, and updates for Qlik software as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
  • Work with data governance teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
