Job Description

Lead QHSE division for India region for the organization
Opportunity to become a part of the India Leadership cadre of the organisation

Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards.
Lead API audits and ensure policies and compliance are duly adhered to and followed
Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee internal audits and inspections to maintain quality and safety benchmarks.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on QHSE standards and best practices.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare and present detailed QHSE reports to senior management.
Monitor and continually improve the performance of QHSE management systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QHSE Manager should have:

A degree in Mechanical/Petroleum engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
API certifications - American Petroleum Institute
Proven expertise in quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards within the oil sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and train teams in QHSE practices effectively.
