As a Quality and Safety Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of quality assurance and workplace safety measures throughout our ship repair operations. Your role will involve the development and enforcement of QHSE policies and standards, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with international maritime safety and quality regulations, conducting safety trainings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations, as well as maintaining communication with regulatory bodies and clients to ensure safety compliance.
