Description
You will be responsible for leading and driving test automation and software quality assurance for different components. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a total of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years of experience in Automation Testing and QA, along with 2+ years of experience as a QA hands-on Lead or QA hands-on Architect. - Working as a member of an Agile SCRUM team to deliver high-quality software in a sprint environment. - Collaborating with product owners to understand requirements, new features, and resolve issues. - Documenting software issues and enhancement requests and assisting in the development of comprehensive steps for duplication of defects found during manual functional, integration, and regression tests. - Converting manual regression scenarios to automated test cases. - Ensuring that automated tests are integrated and executed reliably in the CI/CD environments. - Helping diagnose, reproduce, and test fixes. - Possessing great communication skills. Nice to have skills include experience in any one of the following tools: TOSCA, Q-test, Azure Test Plans. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Assist with manual testing for components that are not easily automated. - Work with software developers to understand the software and propose a QA plan accordingly. - Add testing infrastructure support for unit test/isolation, limited logging, and selective testing. - Participate in cross-functional project teams with scientists, software quality, technical support, and other engineers. - Adhere to software development and source control processes. Education Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a similar field. Experience Required: - 10 years of relevant experience.
