QE Lead /Architect

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineer or a similar field. You must have a total of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years of experience in Automation Testing and QA. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA hands-on Lead or QA hands-on Architect. As a member of an Agile SCRUM team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software in a sprint environment. Your role will involve collaborating with product owners to understand requirements, new features, and resolve issues. You will also be required to document software issues and enhancement requests, as well as assist in the development of comprehensive steps for duplicating defects found during manual functional, integration, and regression tests. Converting manual regression scenarios to automated test cases and ensuring their reliable integration and execution in CI/CD environments are also key responsibilities. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. It would be beneficial if you have experience in any one of the following tools: TOSCA, Q-test, or Azure Test Plans. In terms of responsibilities, you will be leading and driving test automation and software QA for different components. You will also assist with manual testing for components that are not easily automated. Collaborating with software developers to understand the software and propose a QA plan accordingly is essential. Furthermore, you should be capable of adding testing infrastructure support for unit test/isolation, limited logging, and selective testing. Participation in cross-functional project teams and adherence to software development and source control processes are also part of the role.
