Description

We are seeking a skilled QC Welding Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of welding operations through rigorous inspection and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality control inspections on welding processes and materials.
Evaluate and approve welding procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for welding operations.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve welding quality issues and improve processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to welding quality control, including reports and certifications.
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and welding techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8-12 years of experience in welding quality control or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and techniques.
Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulations in the welding industry.
Proficiency in using welding inspection tools and equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
