ABOUT THE JOB

· We are looking for a skilled QC Microbiologist to ensure the quality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.

· You will be responsible for performing various Microbiological (Microbial limit tests/water microbial testing/chemical and physical tests on raw materials, water samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

· You will collaborate closely with production teams, quality assurance personnel, and other department heads to maintain product quality and integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Essential responsibilities)

Conduct routine analysis:

· Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, potable water samples, and finished products using various microbial techniques Such as TAMC, TYMC, Total coliform count, Pathogen testing etc. as well as by wet chemistry methods ( Titrimetry) . (50%)

Interpret & Analyze results:

· Interpret test results meticulously and analyze them for any deviations or non-conformities & Promptly report any deviations or non-conformities to the relevant department head(10%)

Documentation & record keeping :

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including documentation of procedures, results, and observations. (20%)

Calibration :

· Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. (5%)

Troubleshoot quality related technical issues :

· Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to product quality or laboratory instrumentation & assisting in any other Quality related works.(5%)

Collaborate with other departments:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including performing in process quality checks, participation in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. (10%)

· Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements (ISO 22000 & FAMI-Qs), and best practices in quality control and analytical chemistry.(5%)

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE (that matter most for this role)

· Bachelor’s degree in Any Biotechnology /Microbiology field. Fresher /Experience candidate can apply.

· Basic Knowledge of Microbiology/ Chemistry & industrial use of Microbiology/chemistry.

· Knowledge of Mathematical calculations.

· Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel ( Can perform basic tasks).

· Knowledge about Microbial/aseptic/ analytical techniques such as Titrimetry.

· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
