About the Role

Inditherma Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Microbiologist to join our team in Bankura, West Bengal. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for candidates passionate about microbiological testing, product quality, and laboratory excellence. As a QC Microbiologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and quality of our products through precise testing, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Perform microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

(b) Monitor, identify, and evaluate microbial cultures and samples.

(c) Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration compliance.

(d) Document test results accurately and maintain records as per SOPs.

(e) Implement and follow quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.

(f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth QC operations.

Qualifications

(a) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related fields.

(b) Strong knowledge of microbiology, laboratory practices, and QC protocols.

(c) Hands-on experience with lab equipment and microbiological techniques.

(d) Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

(e) Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

(f) 1-2 Years of Experience in food/water manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
