Inspection and Testing: Inspecting raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using various methods, including visual inspection, measurement with tools like calipers and micrometers, and functionality tests. Data Collection and Reporting: Collecting and recording inspection data, such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, and grades, and reporting any defects or non-compliance. Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitoring production processes to identify potential issues and suggest adjustments or improvements to the assembly or production process. Quality Assurance: Working with the production team to address defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Training: Providing training to other employees on quality control procedures and standards. Root Cause Analysis: Investigating the causes of defects or quality issues to prevent recurrence. Adherence to Regulations: Ensuring all quality control activities are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
