Location: Mothers Agro Foods Pvt Ltd, Angamaly Job Type: Full-Time (Preference for candidates willing to work night shifts) Job Overview: Mothers Agro Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to manage the daily operations of our weighbridge facility in Angamaly. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate weighing of vehicles, maintain records, and support smooth logistics operations while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Operating the Weighbridge: Operate the weighbridge system to ensure accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Verify gross, tare, and net weights as per company procedures. Data Recording & Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle movements. Enter data into computerized systems and prepare weighment slips and related documentation. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations follow relevant safety protocols and statutory regulations. Monitor vehicle compliance (e.g., overloading) and report deviations. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks, calibration, and minor maintenance of weighbridge equipment. Report and coordinate repairs for any technical faults. Communication: Coordinate effectively with truck drivers, security personnel, logistics, and warehouse staff. Direct vehicles safely in and out of the facility. Reporting: Generate daily and weekly weighbridge reports. Highlight any discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor or management. Material Handling (if required): Assist in material movement, loading/unloading, and storage activities as instructed. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. She will be responsible for front office management, administrative support, coordination of appointments, driver and labor bata management, cheque entry and deposit processes, as well as maintaining weighbridge and route data. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, along with a professional and courteous attitude. Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Office Management Greet and welcome all visitors to Mothers Agro Foods Pvt Ltd in a professional and friendly manner. Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings with the Managing Director (MD). Direct visitors to appropriate departments based on their needs. Handle incoming calls and messages, and ensure prompt and polite communication. 2. Cheque Entry & Deposit Coordination Maintain daily records of cheques using Excel spreadsheets. Collect and update cheque book records in coordination with the Cashier. Segregate cheques by bank for deposit. Handover cheques to the designated person for daily bank deposits.
