QC Chemist

. Sample Testing & Analysis

• Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform analyses using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, pH meter, titration units, etc.
• Ensure results comply with specifications and industry standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Record test results, observations, and analytical data accurately in logbooks and LIMS.
• Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) for finished products.
• Maintain laboratory records in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

3. Quality Compliance

• Follow internal SOPs, safety protocols, and GLP/GMP guidelines.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

4. Observation & Issue Handling

• Report OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviations promptly.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in troubleshooting analytical methods or equipment issues.

5. Sample Management

• Receive, label, and store samples correctly.
• Maintain sample registers and retain sample storage systems.
• Follow proper handling, disposal, and storage procedures for chemicals.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with production, QA, R&D, and warehouse teams for sample testing and quality clearance.
• Coordinate with vendors for instrument servicing or calibration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
