a. Analysis of RM/ PM/ FG & in-process samples according to the specifications and maintaining counter sample and making reports.
b. Reporting of rejected RM/ FG to the seniors/ HoDs and play an active role for allowing and disallowing usage of same.
c. 100% application test for all products,
d. Ensure calibration of all equipment and proper recordkeeping of the same.
e. Update day-to-day ERP entries & lab related documents.
f. Prepare COA and end to the dispatch/ marketing team as per the requirement.
g. Analysis of vendor sample, maintain report and coordinate with the purchase team.
h. Management of counter sample of the finished products.
i. Maintenance of records as per the QMS.
j. Ensure safety of self and that of the co-workers.
k. Always use and ensure usage of PPEs and maintain safe working environment.
l. Report any unsafe act or condition to the shift in-charge.
m. Ensure housekeeping and make sure that the Production area is well maintained.
n. Immediately raise any issue that may lead to production loss to the shift in-charge.
o. Implement and sustain 5S initiatives on the shopfloor and support the team leader to set culture of compliances with regular checks and audits.
p. Provide ideas for improvement/ innovation.
