Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and documentation for MEP works.
Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Review and approve all material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and assist in corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and QA/QC logs.
Liaise with third-party inspectors and client representatives during inspections.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards (e.g., IS/ASME/ASHRAE).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in MEP/industrial/commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and relevant codes & standards.
Hands-on experience in handling QA/QC documentation, audits, and inspection protocols.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
