Job Title: QAD Techno-Functional Developer Function: QAD ERP Architecture, Custom Development & Integration Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QAD Techno-Functional Developer with experience in QAD ERP development. This role focuses on architecting and delivering complex custom solutions, integrations, and web-based extensions using Progress 4GL , qXtend , QAD Web UI , and related technologies. You will be a key contributor in major ERP rollouts and development-heavy projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex customizations in QAD using Progress 4GL . Build and deploy advanced integrations using qXtend , Web Services , and external APIs . Develop and enhance QAD Web UI / .NET UI applications. Drive ERP development projects from requirements through go-live. Architect scalable and reusable solutions in line with business needs and QAD standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional leads, and external vendors. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Prepare technical specifications and deployment documentation. Required Skills: 810 years of hands-on development experience in QAD ERP and Progress 4GL/OpenEdge . Expertise in designing and developing integrations using qXtend and QAD Web Services . Strong experience in QAD Web UI or .NET UI development. Solid understanding of QAD database schemas, tables, and process flows. Experience in working on QRF (Reporting Framework). Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
