Role Overview: As a Senior QA Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in manual and automation testing within the Healthcare domain, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of healthcare applications. Your expertise in Appeals and Grievance Management and knowledge of healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and CMS regulations will be essential in executing robust testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute manual and automated testing efforts across healthcare applications. - Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Validate business workflows related to Appeals and Grievance Management to ensure regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases. - Perform functional regression, integration, API, and data validation testing. - Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely defect resolution. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance. - Support UAT and production release validation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6 to 10 years of QA experience with a strong mix of manual and automation testing. - Deep understanding of Healthcare domain workflows, especially Appeals and Grievance Management. - Experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cypress, and Postman. - Strong knowledge of API testing, REST, SOAP, and data validation using SQL. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA and CMS. - Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
