Job Description

Qualifications: Required Skills: Proficiency with most of the following technologies: Test Automation, Selenium, Sauce Labs, Java, Test NG, Cucumber, Strong SQL Python knowledge is preferred. Testing and triaging of defects and issues. Knowledge of defect tracking / task tools such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of build automation and deployment tools such as Jenkins as well as source code repository tools such as Git. Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Strong influencing / negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal / relationship skills. Strong time and project management skills Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership. Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example. Required Experience & Education: 8-11 years of experience Experience with an onshore / offshore model. Proven experience with testing large-scale enterprise application solutions. College degree (Bachelor) in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience.
