As an ERP Tester in our team, your role will involve testing ERP modules, validating business processes, and ensuring system accuracy according to real-time textile operational standards. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing test cases, scenarios, and checklists. Additionally, you will perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing, and identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. Collaboration with Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to resolve issues will be a key aspect of your job. Moreover, you will validate reports, dashboards, and workflow automation for processes such as Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching, Packing, Dispatch, etc. Your support will be required during Go-Live and Post-Implementation Testing phases. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and prepare test cases, scenarios, and checklists. - Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). - Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. - Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to resolve issues. - Validate reports, dashboards, and workflow automation across processes like Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching, Packing, Dispatch, etc. - Support Go-Live and Post-Implementation Testing. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years experience in Software/ERP Testing. - Mandatory domain knowledge of Textile / Apparel / Garment / Hosiery industry. - Strong understanding of production cycle, stock management, job work, subcontracting, etc. - Experience with manual testing (Automation testing knowledge is a plus). - Familiarity with SQL / database queries for data validation. - Good communication and documentation skills.
