Position: QA Tester (Manual Testing)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA
Location: Adajan, Surat

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Tester to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables through thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and backend systems
• Identify, record, and document bugs clearly using issue tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand features and resolve issues
• Perform regression and smoke testing on new builds
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of test results

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
• Familiarity with database testing and basic SQL
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing both web and mobile applications
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
