In this role, you will be expected to have the following qualifications and conditions: - Total experience of less than 5 years (strictly enforced) - Good understanding of Scrum processes and ceremonies - Hands-on experience across all phases of testing, including: - Test case creation and prioritization - Regression testing - Production validation - Field issue triage - Familiarity with effort estimation and prioritizing work under tight schedules - Strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to different work environments and collaborate effectively with new teams and team members - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills - Basic knowledge of test automation - Flexibility to work in our time zone and availability for in-office presence,
