Job Title: UAT Functional Tester LMS FIN ONE Application Experience: 2+ yrs Job Description We are looking for a UAT Functional Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience, specifically in testing Loan Management Systems, with hands-on exposure to the FIN ONE application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle and experience collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Execute UAT scenarios based on business requirements and process workflows. Validate functionalities of the Loan Management System (LMS), with a specific focus on the FIN ONE application. Identify, document, and track functional issues, bugs, and inconsistencies. Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-offs. Work closely with developers and QA teams to verify and retest fixes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and logs. Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on system performance from an end-user perspective. Required Skills & Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in functional testing, preferably within the banking or NBFC domain. Mandatory experience with FIN ONE Loan Management System (LMS) . Solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including disbursements, repayment schedules, interest calculations, and delinquency management. Proven experience in UAT testing: creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting outcomes. Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. Good to Have Experience with test management tools such as JIRA , HP ALM , or similar platforms.
