Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Cypress/Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and cloud-based applications. This role involves writing and maintaining automated test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous quality improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, strong debugging skills, and experience with modern front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress/Playwright for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automated testing.
  
• Implement test reporting and analytics to provide visibility into quality metrics.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures quickly to maintain pipeline stability.
  
• Advocate for best practices in QA automation and contribute to process improvements.
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cypress/Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  
• Experience with API testing and mocking frameworks.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience with performance testing and visual regression testing.
  
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
