QA Tester

You will be joining Exsilio Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., where we build and manage critical products and services for Microsoft, driving transformational advances and ensuring Microsoft teams operate efficiently and securely. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in testing web and mobile applications, with a primary focus on manual testing. A background in automation testing is desirable. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing on web and mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. Collaboration with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure product quality is essential. You will be tasked with identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Participation in agile ceremonies, contributing to test planning and estimation, ensuring test coverage, traceability, and consistency across platforms, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts are key aspects of this role. Clear documentation of test cases, results, and issue logs will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of QA experience, with a strong background in manual testing. A solid understanding and hands-on experience with testing web and mobile applications is required. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr is expected. Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies will be advantageous. Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will further support your success in this position.
