Role Summary:

As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, usability, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for functional testing, writing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across various browsers and devices.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using appropriate bug tracking tools.
• Test and validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback during the development cycle.
• Ensure testing documentation is complete, clear, and up to date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in QA testing.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and bug tracking processes.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools.
• Proficiency in testing UI/UX across different screen sizes, browsers, and mobile devices.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks/tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
