Requirement Summary: We are seeking a Customer Lead Executive who will play a hybrid role involving infrastructure monitoring, client support, cloud platform understanding, and basic QA tasks. While the primary focus will be on ensuring uptime and smooth operation of systems and services, support user training, pre-sales efforts, and contribute to testing as needed. Training and support will be provided to help the candidate build knowledge in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and customer engagement.
Key Expectations:
● 3+ years of experience in software support, customer success, or QA roles.● Willingness to work in the US time zone.● Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.● Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus but not mandatory — training will be provided.● Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)● Comfortable speaking to clients and handling remote sessions or product walkthroughs.● Experience working in client-facing roles with the ability to manage support tickets and calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
