Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Qualification:- BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Age - Ideally 42-45, not more than 50.

Industry:- High-rise Residential / Commercial Building

Implementation, monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring incorporated the same on materials & workmanship on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Implementation of periodical Quality Audit in various construction site.
Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as work is going on as per the construction drawing.
Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
Verification of corrective action for non-conformities. Maintain all quality records.
Responsible for the establishment of concrete mix design with consult of Structural Consultant.
The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals

1. Woked as QA & QC Manager in a large residential project

2. Having adequate knowledge

3. Degree or Diploma in civil engineering
