QA QC Executive

As a Quality Control/Quality Assurance candidate with 12 years of experience, your main responsibilities will include: - **In-Process Monitoring**: - Conduct routine checks on the production line, including visual inspections and physical tests of products at various stages (e.g., mixing, forming, frying/baking, seasoning). - **Sample Collection & Testing**: - Collect samples of in-process products and test key quality parameters such as moisture content, oil content, salt content, texture, color, and flavor. - **Documentation**: - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality checks, test results, and corrective actions. This includes filling out IPQC checklists, log sheets, and deviation reports. - **Adherence to Standards**: - Ensure that all production processes and products comply with established quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety regulations. - **Problem Solving**: - Identify and report any non-conformances, deviations, or quality issues promptly. Collaborate with the production team to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. - **Calibration & Maintenance**: - Perform basic calibration and maintenance of IPQC equipment and instruments to ensure the accuracy of test results. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Work closely with the production, maintenance, and R&D teams to optimize processes and improve product quality. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and GMP. - Familiarity with quality control instruments and testing methods. - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
